--- LOW COST FLIGHTS AVAILABLE TO MURCIA (CORVERA) OR ALICANTE ---This good sized villa has 3 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHROOMS and has not only what is believed to be the largest private swimming pool on the whole Camposol urbanization (10m+ wide x 10m+ long) but now has, unique on Camposol, a TOTALLY SEPERATE TODDLERS SPLASH / ADULTS "CHILLOUT POOL" (ideal for ladies who don't want wet hair!). Just 10 minutes walk away is an 18 hole par 72 golf course and two commercial centres with a selection of shops, a large supermarket, an English grocers, a huge oriental bazaar, 2 beauty salons, car hire etc. and about 22 bars and restaurants including a large Chinese, 3 Indian, several English, a large Italian, a Bulgarian, a burger bar, an American Diner, a nightly live entertainment venue with a small but proper casino and a family entertainment centre with a great value bistro. Also on the square a Post Office, a Bank, a large gymnasium and 6 ATM cash machines and an excellent English fish and chip shop, delicioso! Just 15 minutes drive away are the fabulous 'BLUE FLAG' beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón with its beautiful palm lined promenade with many shops, restaurants, chic bars, and a brand new yachting marina. Boat trips along the coast are available in summer also jet-skis, speedboats and scuba can be hired by the hour from the beach. 5 minutes drive from Camposol is the 'Polaris World Golf Resort' and just half an hour away is 'Sierra Natura', a superb Zoo and Waterpark with its own relaxing "lazy river", a great day out. Also nearby is a newly opened paintball centre, horse riding stables, quad biking centre and for the boy racers big and small, a super go-karting centre. THE VILLA sleeps up to 8 people and has 1 en-suite double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds (which could be put together), shower room adjacent and one en-suite quad bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds and a full sized bathroom, we also have a baby cot and high chair. There is a good sized fully fitted kitchen including full laundry facilities and also: Air conditioning/Heating in the lounge and master bedroom. Large very private rooftop solarium, idea for that "all-over" tan! English and Spanish TV channels, FREE WiFi with a Wii and a DVD player with a good selection of up to date films, sunloungers, outdoor tables and chairs, parasols, barbecue, small pool table, bicycle (safety helmet MUST be worn). VERY LARGE, VERY PRIVATE 10 metre x 10 metre clover leaf shaped swimming pool for your families sole use PLEASE NOTE: Our neighbours want our guests to have fun but, Camposol is a residential area and is unsuitable for very rowdy groups who enjoy early morning revelry after midnight. In common with all other villas on Camposol, we have a "QUIET HOURS POLICY" from Midnight until 8am [Note. A legal requirement in Murcia] by booking with us you are agreeing to this policy.
